I recently had my heat pump maintenance service completed, and I could not be more pleased with the experience. Patrick was extremely professional from start to finish. He called ahead to confirm his arrival time and explained his ETA clearly. Once he arrived, he got right to work.During previous maintenance visits, my husband and I were told we needed a new thermostat, but we couldnt afford to replace it at the time. Patrick performed a thorough inspection and discovered that the thermostat did not need replacing after alljust a few minor adjustments. He also corrected some wiring issues that had not been installed properly in the first place.What stood out most was how well Patrick explained every step of the process in a way we could understand. His honesty, skill, and professionalism were truly appreciated.I highly recommend All Care Heating and Coolingand especially Patrick. He was wonderful, and I hope he receives a well-deserved bonus at the end of the year!

AAC completed routine fall service on my HVAC system this morning. As usual, they did a great job! The technician, Eric, was on time, friendly, and efficient.

Thank you so much to Wanda and Shaw for taking care of the small issue we were having with our unit. They did the original install back in the Spring and did a great job. Shaw came out and addressed the heating issue and cleaned our outdoor air mover. He also noticed that some of the ceiling vents were not installed as he preferred, so he removed and turned around each vent cover. Great job and super attitude!

We are so very satisfied with the service that we received. The furnace was installed and looks great! The heat is back on (HURRAY), just before the 38 degree weather comes! Again, Tammy and Joseph are so very thankful for all that you did!

Just wanted to give management a shout out for the service given by Stacy and Patrick today. I called after 8am today , told Stacy my situation and she fit me in Patricks schedule this afternoon. Then Patrick gives me great info on my furnace and new thermostat (bought the house 6 months ago) . Both were very friendly, professional , and exceeded my expectations. Best heat and ac company hands down! I will never call anyone else. My ac quit working and the thermostat went blank. I called after hours. The guy called me back in less than 30 minutes. He asked me a couple of questions. He knew what the problem was and told me exactly how to fix it. That is exceptional service! I will be a customer for life. Thank yall so much! Anybody mentions heat and ac repair, I will be sending them your way for sure.

The entire staff is great. From calling about my old unit repair issue to explaining what was wrong and what the best options were. On the installation the crew was great and professional and answered all my questions.

I've been in the automotive repair field for decades. I'm a technical guy and know how to talk with technicians and know when I'm being fed a line of crap. The tech I got from AAC knew his stuff. So I called on a Sat morning. Eric was here in a couple of hours. He did a thorough check of the system, found it a low on refrigerant, got it back up, showed me the problem, discussed options and helped me plan for what's coming. Our system is old and we knew it was getting near end of life - but now I have a plan and really felt like Eric knew what he was talking about and had a LOT of experience in the home A/C field. Highly recommend these guys. A+.

Eric was super awesome and able to help us here in Winston-Salem on a Sunday. We had a pipe draining issue from our heater with the pump tube being disconnected and he fixed it with also a great conversation on explaining how and why. We greatly appreciate him!

Met service tech David at daughters place. Listened to the problems we are having.... Was the 1st tech out of 3 other companies ro do so! He asked how I seemed to know as much as I did about the issues and what repairs needed to happen. I explained I had 20+ yrs in HVAC and my certifications. He went to work and confirmed what I had told him. He made the necessary adjustments and he even pulled the dirtiest indoor coil (full of black mold), took it the shop and cleaned it well and sprayed it down with an antimicrobial! Came back, reinstalled the coil, slowed down the blower speed for better dehumidification then reinstalled coil, recharged the freon to factory settings. Finally a company that listens and resolves your problems. My pick for outstanding service and quality.

What a relief to get a new system up and running in the middle of this heat! Trevor and Logan were wonderful - they were here exactly on time, kept me informed each step of the way, explained everything I would need to know moving forward, and were friendly and professional. Great installation experience!

The guy came out and worked on our air conditioning and put a new coil in it. He did a great job. The pricing was reasonable and I would definitely recommend all about care.

As always ALL About Care did an excellent job, taking the time to explain everything. They did repairs during my spring maintenance. I HIGHLY recommend this company. They are loyal to the company and everyone obviously likes what they do, they are a team!

We moved to a new house and needed to install an air conditioner. AAC not only did the AC installation, but they give me information on how to keep it running. My AC is still running perfectly!

One of the parts for my AC broke last spring and every company I tried to get a consultation from kept upping the price. I saw the reviews for AAC and they offered me the cheapest price. The tech was incredible and was extremely personable and communicative, can't recommend this company enough.
